We believe that the urge for exercise and the desire to play are natural components of a child’s development. Promoting these at a young age creates the conditions for a healthy mind in a healthy body. We know that ball sport can play an essential role in shaping young people’s motor, intellectual and social skills.
We offer development programs, camps and training courses, for children and youth in the field of ball sports, especially football.
We follow a child-centred, play and fun- oriented approach because we know that children learn best when they feel safe and enjoy what they are doing.
Children want to play. They are curious and constantly test themselves and their growing abilities. Almost all children seem to develop a natural interest in controlling balls early on.
We provide programs that offer a great variety of movement experiences with different types of balls. Our comprehensive and versatile approach enables our young players to advance basic motor, technical, tactical and coordinative skills required in almost all sports games.
Our programs always correspond to the mental and physical competences of our players. To provide the best possible support for each player, our conceptual formation is divided into three development phases with different objectives and priorities: Mini (4-6 yrs), Base (6-10 yrs) and Growth (10-14 yrs).
Our curriculum is based on the concept of Ballschule Heidelberg.
When children play football, they experience themselves as part of a group that pursues a common goal. They compete with each other and learn to deal with success and failure. Basics of positive personality development such as self-confidence, the ability to work in a team, motivation and respectful interaction with one another are consolidated.
Aspiring always to the individual advancement of each player, we divide our conceptual formation into three development phases: Base (6-10 yrs), Growth (10-14 yrs) and Performance (14-18 yrs). Our age-appropiate programs are geared towards the competences of our players and accordingly have different learning objectives and priorities for each age group.
Our curriculum is based on the approaches to promoting talent of the Spanish (RFEF) and German (DFB) Football Associations.
Coaches play a decisive role in the attempt to create the conditions that facilitate efficient practice and successful learning. Especially when it comes to supporting children, it is essential to meet them with multifaceted forms of exercise and play, which enable them to unfold with joy in an age-appropriate manner. Ball games need competent coaches, equipped with the right attitude, skills and knowledge.
Our experience enables us to assist coaches to plan, organise and assess their sessions. We provide coach training courses designed as a progressive learning experience to supply participants with the tools to run exciting and coherent training sessions.
Our coach training follows the vision of the German Football Association (DFB) and is based on the ideas of the Premier Skills coach development programme.
